1962, We hadn’t long moved to Swindon and our dad worked Pressed Steel. They had a Christmas party and I got a plastic camera. The next summer was very hot and I left in the back window of the car it was a Hillman Minx. The camera melted a bit and went out of shape but the lens was alright so I stuck it in a box I made a Camera. It didn’t have any wine on so you had to cut a bit of film and put it in the back or shutter.
